- What is dreamFARMERS?
- DreamFARMERS is just that – a team designed to cultivate the passions, deep-seeded desires and ambitions and help them to grow. While you still believe – don’t forget to farm your dreams.
- How quickly will I receive my order?
- The short answer:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
- The long answer:
- Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. We will use the method that minimizes the cost and the time it takes to deliver the product. We will work hard to get it processed ASAP because we hate to wait on something we’ve ordered online, too. But do remember that there is a small team behind the scenes to get your product out the door.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
- What if my order never arrived?
- If your order did not arrive, be sure to let us know. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we would be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected] noting your order number. We will see what can be done.
- What if my items were damaged?
- The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us at [email protected] within a week's time.
- What if I received the wrong size?
- If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the order. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled or we pulled the wrong size. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If the order is correct and you would simply like a different size, we would be happy to send you another order with the new size, but it will have to be at your cost. - What if I want to cancel my order?
- Contact us immediately at [email protected], include your order information, and depending on where we are in the process we will let you know your next steps. Hopefully we can refund your purchase if it is early enough. If we have already shipped then unfortunately we will not be able to refund your purchase.
- What if there is another problem that you haven't mentioned?
- Do not immediately return the item without previously contacting us. If you have another issue that has not been discussed above, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we'll let you know your next steps.
